田力普先生，国家知识产权局原局长，党组书记，曾任国际保护知识产权协会中国分会会长，中国知识产权研究会理事长，中共十七大。十八大代表，十七届中纪委委员，第十二届全国政协委员，中国知识产权培训中心兼职教授，中国人民大学，武汉大学华中科技大学和南开大学兼职教授，同济大学知识产权学院名誉院长和博士生导师。（5 分钟）

Mr. TIAN Lipu，Former Commissioner of China Intellectual Property Office. He was once President of Chinese National Group of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI，CHINA), the chairman of the Chinese Intellectual Property Research Association and the 17th National Congress of the CPC. Mr.GONG Xinhuan, former Executive Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee、Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference、Vice Chairman of the Committee on Historical Materials of the CPPCC National Committee.
