自2015年起，“上海浦江知识产权国际论坛”已连续成功举办10届。在这10年中，论坛吸引了334位领导和专家（累计595人次，部分专家领导多次出席）应邀参与，发表致辞或进行演讲。凭借其卓越的学术价值和广泛的行业影响力，论坛获得了国内外多领域、多行业的领导和专家的高度肯定与赞扬。如今，“上海浦江知识产权国际论坛”已成为国内外知识产权领域的重要交流平台，享有“中国知识产权达沃斯论坛”的美誉，其影响力在全球范围内持续扩大。

Since 2015, the “Shanghai Pujiang International Intellectual Property Forum” has successfully held 10 consecutive editions. Over these ten years, the forum has attracted 334 leaders and experts (a total of 595 person-attendances, with some experts and leaders attending multiple times) to participate, deliver opening remarks, or give speeches. With its outstanding academic value and extensive industry influence, the forum has received high praise and recognition from leaders and experts across various fields and industries both domestically and internationally. Today, the “Shanghai Pujiang International Intellectual Property Forum” has become an important platform for intellectual property exchanges both in China and abroad, and it is honored with the title of “China's Davos of Intellectual Property.” Its influence continues to expand globally.

These forums have all performed remarkably well in terms of internationalization, level of professionalism, and academic strength. Among them, the Shanghai Pujiang International Intellectual Property Forum, with its outstanding influence and professionalism, has received high praise from both DeepSeek and Kimi, and ranks third in the overall ranking.

Throughout its history, the forum has always adhered to the major strategic deployments of the Central Committee of the Party, the State Council, as well as the Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government. The forums have been held at a high level of engagement, with past sessions being jointly hosted by the association of the International Association For the Protection Of Intellectual Property, (AIPPI, CHINA), Council for Promoting South-South Cooperation (of Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs), China-Europe Association for Technical & Economic Cooperation (Chinese Ministry of Commerce), Shanghai Outstanding Contribution Experts Association, International Intellectual Property Commercialization Council (IIPCC), Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics (SFIE) and Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) as well as other units.

Every year, the forum invites a large number of leaders to deliver opening remarks, keynote speakers, and panel discussion participants, with the scale expanding year by year: in 2021, the number reached 72, and in 2022, it exceeded 100. Ms. Binying Wang, Director-General of the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization, sent a congratulatory letter to the Forum on 21 April 2018, in which she wrote: “In recent years, the China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair has played a positive role in promoting international technological and industrial cooperation and technology transfer, and has grown as an important event in Shanghai. The organization is willing to and will continue to support the development of the fair and lead international cooperation in science, technology and industry in Shanghai. The Shanghai Pujiang International Intellectual Property Forum further enriched the content of the trade fair and highlighted the organizers’ position of attaching great importance to protect intellectual property. The fact that the forum brings together Chinese intellectual property authorities and industry elites makes me believe it will inject new impetus to the creation, protection and application of intellectual property in Shanghai, promote the implementation of the strategic “Belt and Road Initiative”, and advance the development of Shanghai’s global science and innovation center.” It is worth mentioning that in 2018 and 2019, the forums were awarded “Special Forum of the China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair”.

Prior to the opening of each forum, the organizing committee meticulously compiles and prints the “Pre-Forum Journal”, which details the forum's schedule, the background information of the speakers, and relevant details of the supporting organizations. This serves as a comprehensive and detailed guide for participants. After the forum concludes, the committee continues its efforts by editing and printing the “Forum Journal”, which includes the opening remarks, speech transcripts, presentation slides, and on-site photos from all speakers. After each forum concludes, the organizing committee meticulously constructs a photo wall of speakers outside the forum venue. This photo wall showcases the distinguished presence and academic charisma of all the leaders who have delivered opening remarks and the speakers who have participated in previous forums. It allows the attending leaders, speakers, and audience members to intuitively experience their exceptional demeanor and academic appeal. This initiative further carries forward and promotes the academic spirit and cultural heritage of the forum.

11： 推动长三角珠三角知识产权区域合作

自2020年起，论坛组委会携手江苏省、浙江省、安徽省和广东省的知识产权学术机构及社会团体，联合发起并主办“长三角珠三角知识产权合作联动大会”。通过这一合作，成功搭建了四省一市知识产权信息共享与研究成果交流的平台，建立了常态化的协作机制。这一举措有力促进了长三角与珠三角地区在知识产权研究与实践领域的深度交流与协同发展，推动两地知识产权工作迈向更高水平，为区域创新发展注入了新的活力。

11:  Establishment of Inter-Provincial Intellectual Property Cooperation

Since 2020, the forum organizing committee has joined hands with intellectual property academic institutions and social organizations in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Guangdong provinces to jointly initiate and host the “Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta Intellectual Property Cooperation and Linkage Conference.” Through this collaboration, a platform for sharing intellectual property information and exchanging research findings among the four provinces and one municipality has been successfully established, along with a regular cooperation mechanism. This initiative has effectively promoted in-depth exchanges and coordinated development in the field of intellectual property research and practice between the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions, driving the intellectual property work in both areas to a higher level and injecting new vitality into regional innovation and development.

12： 增强合作扩大论坛影响力，

自2022年起，论坛组委会携手北京、天津、重庆的知识产权学术团体，进一步拓展论坛的影响力，将合作范围延伸至全国多个核心区域。论坛的全称现为“上海浦江知识产权国际论坛暨长三角珠三角知识产权合作联动大会暨京津沪渝知识产权论坛”。通过这种强强联合的方式，各方在知识产权领域展开深度交流与合作，相互激励，共同推动知识产权研究与实践在各个层面的全面提升，为全国知识产权事业的发展注入新的动力。

Since 2022, the forum organizing committee has collaborated with intellectual property academic groups in Beijing, Tianjin, and Chongqing to further expand the forum's influence and extend the scope of cooperation to multiple core regions across the country. The full name of the forum is now the “Shanghai Pujiang International Intellectual Property Forum & Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta Intellectual Property Cooperation and Linkage Conference and Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai-Chongqing Intellectual Property Forum.” Through this alliance of strengths, participants engage in in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the field of intellectual property, inspiring each other and jointly promoting comprehensive improvements in intellectual property research and practice at all levels, thereby injecting new momentum into the development of intellectual property endeavors nationwide.
