2023年4月26日习近平向中国与世界知识产权组织合作五十周年纪念暨宣传周主场活动致贺信，习近平指出，中国始终高度重视知识产权保护，深入实施知识产权强国建设，加强知识产权法治保障，完善知识产权管理体制，不断强化知识产权全链条保护，持续优化创新环境和营商环境。
当前我国全国上下正坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神和中央经济工作会议精神，深入落实习近平总书记在十九届中央政治局第二十五次集体学习时的重要讲话精神，按照《知识产权强国建设纲要（2021—2035年）》、《“十四五”国家知识产权保护和运用规划》和《关于强化知识产权保护的意见》及其推进计划的相关工作部署，强化法治保障、严格产权保护，坚持改革驱动、质量引领，全面加强知识产权行政保护。
